- Effective ways to get out the door and get to bed easily and peacefully.
- Addressing sibling rivalry and understanding birth order (addresses families of both only children and multiple kids).
- What to do to stay cool, calm, and collected in the face of the WORST behaviors (backtalk, lying, stealing, etc.).
- Additional actionable tools and strategies to promote constructive parenting.
- Concrete ways to connect parenting with long-term goals such as teaching character, values, and life skills.
- How to parent in a way that brings out the best in your child.
- Steps to promote independence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in children.
- Exploring the narratives and core beliefs that fuel your parenting.
